The first four eyes of Four Eyes Investigations, Information, and Intelligence, Inter Alia: IIII, LLC

We started Four Eyes for the same reason we started a centralized Legal Analytics function within CFPB in 2014: to provide a single point to bridge the worlds of investigations, technology, data, business, finance, law, and analytics.

The investigation focus of our team derived from what was necessary to support enforcement and supervision functions, but also from the founders’ interest in the investigative process generally - the breadth of scope it gave us in how we could tackle data issues.

Experience with massive datasets (frequently transaction-level at a nationwide level), coupled with our experience in writing tailored requests for data and documents from a variety of systems, from cutting edge to archaic, suggest to us that class action litigation should be a special focus.
